you (“Owner”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Owner confirms that:

• Their pet is up to date on vaccinations
• Their pet is free from contagious illnesses
• Their pet has not shown aggressive behavior toward people or other animals
• All relevant behavioral or medical information has been disclosed

No Ruff Days provides pet sitting, dog walking, and in-home pet care services, including feeding, exercise, and companionship.

Medication Administration: We can assist with administering pre-prescribed oral medications according to the pet parent’s written instructions. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, alter dosages, or provide veterinary treatment.No Ruff Days reserves the right to decline medication administration if the medication, instructions, or circumstances require veterinary expertise or are outside the scope of our services.

Owner understands that pet care services may involve risks, including but not limited to:

• Injury from play or interaction with other animals
• Illness or stress
• Escape or unexpected incidents

Owner agrees to assume all such risks.

Owner agrees to release and hold harmless No Ruff Days from any liability, claims, or damages arising from services provided, except in cases of gross negligence.

Owner agrees to:

• Be financially responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pet
• Provide accurate and complete information about their pet
• Ensure safe access to their home (if applicable)

If a pet requires veterinary attention and the Owner cannot be reached, No Ruff Days may seek appropriate veterinary care or emergency assistance when reasonably necessary for the pet’s safety and well-being. The Owner authorizes No Ruff Days to transport the pet to a veterinary facility if necessary. The Owner is responsible for all veterinary, transportation, and related emergency expenses.

• Payment is required prior to services
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit
• Same-day cancellations may be non-refundable.

No Ruff Days is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property unless caused by negligence.

Owner grants permission for photos of their pet to be used for marketing purposes (website, social media), unless otherwise requested.
